Staff seem to like to talk down to people and are very unhelpful. In the rules it states no act's or side by sides anywhere but the act trails but staff allow side by sides and it's to drive around the park but I was told absolutely no way was I to ride my act anywhere but the act trails. They told me I have to trailer it to and from the trails. This park also caters to yearly guest and employee's. The prime spots are reserved for long term guest and employee's so others paying a premium of $44 to$48 a night get the leftovers about a quarter mile from all the activities the park has to offer. As far as the site goes we had a fire pit to use but was full of burnt trash. I was seriously considering becoming a member due to the fact I only live about 30 miles from the park. After my experience I will not return.

The worst place we have ever camped. Paid for four nights went home after the first night. The so called RV park is nothing more than a retirement community. You wiill NEVER get a 50 amp site, because they are all taken by the elderly who live there. If you still choose to stay you will not be able to run your A/C, without tripping your breaker. NOT A VACATION #retirementcommunity #mancamp.
Double check your coordinates for Google maps, we ended up in someone's ranch! The place is right off the highway- ask around to get there without issues.
Otherwise the grounds are clean, laundry available, restrooms and showers and an RV dump site. Water and electric hookup available.
